Custom Gifts in Nagpur

If you're sending it from another city

Put your parents' details at checkout, not yours. That means the full address, the pincode, and a phone number someone will actually pick up, in case the courier calls.

Then count back. Making takes three to six working days and shipping another three to seven, so allow eleven working days to be safe. Weekends don't count.

One small thing: tell someone at home a parcel's coming. You don't have to say what's in it. It just stops Baba from sending it back because he "didn't order anything."

What to send

Quick answers

Can I add a message? On some pieces, yes. The back of the portrait keychain has room for one. For anything else, ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.

What if it arrives damaged? Send photos or a video within 48 hours and we'll replace it. We can't replace a name that was typed wrong at checkout, though, so check the spelling.

Is Diwali a bad time to order? It's a slow time for couriers. Order two weeks early.
