🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Ankx.in

Effective Date: June 14, 2025

At Ankx, your satisfaction is our priority. Since most of our products are custom-made, we follow a fair and transparent return and refund policy.

✅ Eligible Returns

We accept return or exchange only in the following cases:

  1. Wrong product received (different from what you ordered)

  2. Damaged or defective product Or New Product

  3. Missing items in the package

  4. Size mismatch (if applicable and only for adjustable products)

❌ Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of personalized products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom name jewellery (e.g., name necklaces, rings, bracelets)

  • Photo gifts or engraved products

  • Products with personalized messages or designs

  • Orders placed with incorrect customization (name/text/date) by the customer

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is possible for non-custom products or if the wrong item was sent.

  • To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may ask for a photo or video of the product as proof.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following scenarios:

  • Product is out of stock after order placement

  • Order was cancelled before customization/production

  • Product was damaged or defective, and a replacement is not possible

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  2. Provide order number and photos/videos of the product

  3. Our team will verify and confirm the return eligibility

  4. You may be asked to return the item via courier (if applicable)

Note: Customer bears return shipping charges unless it’s Ankx’s mistake.

⚠️ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for personalized items cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • For non-custom products, cancellation is allowed within 1 hour of order placement.

We reserve the right to approve or deny return/refund requests based on investigation. We aim to resolve all issues fairly and in favor of genuine customers.
