At Ankx, we ensure timely delivery and quality service for all our personalized products. Please review our delivery and replacement policy before placing an order.


🚚 Delivery Policy

📍 Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver across all major pin codes in India via trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery to remote areas may take longer than usual.

⏱️ Processing Time

  • Customization Time: 2–5 working days depending on the product type.

  • Shipping Time: 3–7 working days after dispatch.

  • Total delivery time may vary between 5 to 10 working days.

Please note: Weekends and national holidays are not counted as working days.

🎁 Free Shipping Offer

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹599.

  • COD orders may include additional shipping charges.

📦 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • You can also use the “Track Order” feature on Ankx.in with your order number.


🔁 Replacement Policy

✅ Eligible for Replacement

We offer free replacement in the following cases:

  1. Wrong product received (different design, name, or product)

  2. Damaged or broken item at the time of delivery

  3. Product missing from the parcel

❌ Not Eligible for Replacement

We do not offer replacements for:

  • Customer mistakes (wrong name/text entered during order)

  • Minor variations in engraving/design or product color

  • Personalized products damaged due to misuse

📸 Proof Required

To process a replacement, you must:

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery

  • Contact support via WhatsApp or email (details below)

  • 7 days policy

🔄 Replacement Process

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order

  2. Send order details and photo/video proof

  3. Our team will verify and approve the replacement (if valid)

  4. You’ll receive a new product within 7–10 working days after approval

We reserve the right to deny replacement if the request is invalid or delayed.


❗Important Notes

  • Replacements are only processed for one-time per order.

  • Delivery delays due to courier issues are not under Ankx’s control.

  • During peak seasons/festivals, delivery timelines may extend slightly.
