We specialize in customized jewellery and gift items. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. Colors and engravings may slightly vary due to photography lighting and screen resolutions.

4. Personalization Terms

  • Once an order is placed for a custom or name-based product, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Customer is responsible for correct name, design, and customization inputs.

  • We reserve the right to reject inappropriate or offensive customizations.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and COD (on eligible orders).

  • Prepaid orders above ₹599 are eligible for free gifts or free shipping (as per offer terms).

6. Order Fulfillment

  • Orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier partner, and product type.

  • Tracking details are provided once shipped.

7. Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above a minimum threshold.

  • Delivery may be delayed during holidays, festivals, or due to unforeseen courier issues.

  • COD availability is limited to certain regions.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items (non-custom products).

  • Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Issues arising from incorrect personalization inputs

  • Delays caused by third-party courier services
